Huntress Gallop is a piece written for Solo flute. The Huntress Gallop is for both intermediate and advanced flute players who need something simple for the eyes but alluring to the ears. The goal for this piece is to see how accurately you the performer can execute the dynamics and accents while the huntress rides. The accents symbolize her bow as various shots are fired and the dynamics show her skill as a hunter quiet while looking for her prey then loud as she draws near to her prize. At the end of the piece, she claims her bounty after a long venture through the wilderness.
