Bach, in 1739, wrote the BWV 1042 Concerto in E major. Here it is written for solo unaccompanied Flute Key of E. This chart is based on Bach's keyboard concerto which he wrote for violin in the key of E (BWV 1042), but also arranged it himself in the key of D for keyboard (BWV 1054). Here it is presented for Flute as a solo piece, which can also be used as a concerto part with BWV 1042 orchestra parts. The orchestra parts are not provided.

JS Bach published his Violin Concerto in A minor around 1729. It is rumored that he had been playing it for almost a decade already in court concerts and performances. The solo violin part (only) is arranged here for a solo flute. It follows existing publications found elsewhere of orchestra and piano scores and can be used as an alternative to the solo violin. This set of  music only includes the solo flute part.

Sometime after 1723 Bach wrote his BWV 1013 Partita for Flute. It is a piece of four unaccompanied movements including an Allemande, Corrente, a Sarabanda and a Bouree. For the first time it is offered here in the original key of A minor for any flute in C or Alto Flute in G. Enjoy this as an exercise or a recital.

Satie wrote this very popular melody, known as Gymnopédies No 1, in 1888 for piano solo. It is arranged here for a Solo Flute or Alto Flute or Oboe or English Horn. It is perhaps his most well known melody. The arrangement makes it possible to hear the suggested harmonies. Normally the piece works best with an accompaniement. However in this form a 2nd voice is not needed. Many key signature options are also provided, along with a fakechart for Jazz scenarios.
