Michelle by the Beatles, was released on the 1965 album, Rubber Soul. The story goes that when John Lennon was at art school he used to invite Paul McCartney to college parties. At the time, French art culture was fashionable, and Paul McCartney used to pretend he was French despite no knowledge of the language. Later John Lennon suggested Paul should write a song recalling those times. Paul asked a friend’s wife, who happened to be a French teacher, for help with the French lyrics.

This version of Michelle is arranged in the most suitable key and range for solo Trumpet. Piano/Guitar chords in concert pitch are included  above the stave.
