Proper breathing is inhaling and exhaling large amounts of air, it is more important to breath from the diaphragm. Remember it’s important to feel relaxed when you breath, this well help your air flow and to breath better. When we breathe, we store all our air in the lungs, and then we start to breath from the diaphragm.  o Empty the lungs entirely.   o Slowly lower the diaphragm allowing air to enter the lungs while filling the bottom of the lungs with air. o Expand the ribs without straining. o Allow the lungs to completely fill.
