James Bond for Brass Band Collection
A few years ago I decided to base my summer programme around a central theme of the James Bond movies. This arrangement is one of a number I arranged for the wonderful voice of Beth Yearsley, who regularly sings with a number of my ensembles.
There is such a rich collection of theme songs available which people know and love. These arrangements are simple and straightforward, nothing overly clever or difficult so that they are playable by all levels of brass band.
Audiences loved them because they knew the tunes and could sing along.
