This is an arrangement of the Final Hymn from the ballet Suite 'The Firebird' by Igor Stravinsky The arrangement is playable by all grades of brass band. Firebird was an enormous success when it premiered in 1910, and it remains a favorite concert piece even today. This arrangement of the Firebird Suite includes five of the most beautiful movements from Stravinsky’s original 1911 and 1919 suites:  Introduction, the tender Rondo of the Princess, the savage Infernal Dance, the hauntingly beautiful Berceuse (lullaby), and the triumphant Finale. Perfect for any recital, concert or Pops program. This arrangement is scored for organ and brass quintet with percussion (timpani, bass drum, suspended cymbal, bar chime and triangle).
