Neale and further arranged by Robert Pearsall in 1837.  This song has been found in the Lutheran hymnal by Joseph Klug as well as collections for many combinations of voice written by Michael Praetorius.

Jesus Christ Is Risen Today is a celebratory hymn attributed to Lyra Davidica in 1708.  This  strong, emphatic hymn is presented for violin and piano with variations in both instruments.  A great addition to the Easter Service.
