It's not difficult but it could be wise to practice it slower at first, in order to check careful the intonation and the correct smooth and legato articulation between the fingers of left hand of the Violin player. The most careful precision in rhythm and differentiation between the articulations (that in general tends to a light staccato) is required.The piece is also suitable for school pourposes and concerts and also for liturgical ones (for example at the offertory or as final piece) by special festive occasion.
