Organ - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.932700 Composed by William B. Bradbury. Arranged by Terry M. Forsyth. Christian,Sacred. Score. 1 pages. Forsyth Publishing #6117211. Published by Forsyth Publishing (A0.932700). This 4:50 minute dramatic piece is a great prelude, special music or offertory.  Requires right hand to play two manuals simultaneously:  Effective yet moderately intermediate with gentle pace with difficulty being the reaching for playing two keyboards simultaneously for right hand.  Starts soft, opening phrase is intertwined between various placements representing God's leading and ends with big presentation of the hymn demonstrating the joy of God having led through life and difficult times.  Note orchestral instruments better represents the various use of keyboards and melody placements.

Organ - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.932693 Composed by Gustaf T. Holst. Arranged by Terry M. Forsyth. Children,Christian,Christmas,Contemporary. Score. 2 pages. Forsyth Publishing #6113529. Published by Forsyth Publishing (A0.932693). Put on you alpaca!  This organ solo Christmas winter arrangement takes this hymn through a raging wind storm.  Really!  By putting melody on great flute 8' with no volume fluxuation and the left hand constant moving tritone using Gedeckt 8', the organist has to experiment with increasing then decreasing unpredictable and violent volume changes to achieve the realism of a major wind storm.  Truly, it will become a bleak mid-winter.  I have used it as an offertory last year and will be using it somewhere this Christmas season.  The wind storm makes this a very unique piece, not the standard worship service piece.  Easy to play as it uses no pedal tones, the challenge is extensive use of the swell pedal for only the accompaniment with flute on great the steady volume.  Tune name:  Cranham.

Organ - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.534671 Composed by Claude Debussy/Robert Orledge. Concert,Contemporary,Standards. Score. 5 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #5775633. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.534671). Noes by Robert Orledge: Debussy planned to compose seven pieces of incidental music for André Antoine’s production of Shakespeare’s King Lear (Le Roi Lear) in 1904 at the time of his elopement to Jersey with Emma Bardac. However, he never completed the project due to Antoine’s frequent postponements and unwillingness to provide the ‘30 musicians’ Debussy required to avoid ‘a feeble little sound like fleas rubbing their legs together!’ On the verso of the Fanfare manuscript from Debussy’s sketches, I discovered the start of an extremely moving little piece in a modal D minor, which could only be for ‘La Mort de Cordélia’ in Act 5, scene 3. I thought this would be best suited to a binary movement in which most of the first half, the striking chromatic introduction and the elegiac theme are all by Debussy. This pencil sketch turned up in 2000 in thecollection of Mrs Jayne Ericourt (wife of the pianist Daniel Ericourt) in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA.
