Thundersnow is descriptive of a typical snowstorm - the first section is soft, light and Christmasy, but the beauty turns to discord as an impending storm begins to materialize. A blizzard rages, complete with the growls and booms of the phenomenon of Thundersnow provided by percussion. The blizzard subsides, and we are left with the wondrous beauty of perfectly white mounds and drifts of new snow. Malleted bells and optional handchimes are used, and parts for glass or shell wind chimes, concert bass drum, suspended cymbal, thunder sheet (or thunder tube, or tam-tam), and wind machine are included.

This original composition opens with a haunting lyrical section employing LVs and fresh harmonies. An energetic and rhythmic middle section employing mallets and several techniques provides contrast before the return to the opening theme. Percussion instruments (snare drum, tom-toms, suspended cymbal, timpani and chime tree) add extra color to the sounds of the handbells, as well as increased rhythmic drive, but they are optional.  The percussion parts are included at the back of the full score.

An original composition This original from Cynthia Dobrinski is a symbolic story of persevering hope and faith. The optimistic main theme marches along energetically and depicts a person's walk through life. The theme is then altered and presented in a minor key with various techniques to picture the difficulties of life. A third section, with optional chimes, contains a new melody underneath a steady walking figure played by mallets on suspended bells. This new theme is strong yet sweet and suggests the undergirding help and comfort of friends, family, and the Almighty. The return of the joyful 'A' section ends the piece triumphantly - suitable for concert use or as the prelude or offertory in a your worship service.

Originally written for handbells and harp, this arrangement of the tune Ellacombe can be played by two handbell or handchime choirs, or one handbell or handchime choir with harp or piano. This piece is a duet between the two parts, with each part carrying the melody at different times. This would be a wonderful opportunity to get together with another handbell choir, or to have two choirs at one church play together, one choir playing bells and one choir playing chimes.

Medley of a familiar hymn and a Swedish folk tune Combining William Bradbury's familiar hymn, Jesus Loves Me, with the less familiar Swedish Folk Tune, this short, simple 3-5 octave arrangement may be played on bells alone, handchimes alone or on a combination of the two. Verses 1 and 3 have an arpeggiated LV accompaniment over which the melody is rung with simplicity and warmth. In the 2nd verse, the melody is in the middle and lower bells (rung on handchimes or bells) while the treble accompaniment figure is either softly rung or played with mallets on suspended bells.
