An English lyric was later written by Gene Lees. The Portuguese title refers to the Corcovado mountain in Rio de Janeiro. Tony Bennett recorded the first popular English cover of Quiet Nights. This version features a root-based chord blocking that we developed from a lead sheet. We added a few left-hand fills just for fun and make it our own and you can play it as-written or modify as you wish! Enjoy!
