Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1496482 Composed by Tiffany Prochera. Arranged by Tiffany Prochera. Children,Christmas,Holiday. Score. 79 pages. Swimming Tigress Music #1073003. Published by Swimming Tigress Music (A0.1496482). I Don't Like Winter and Other Songs to Celebrate the Winter Season is a collection of 11 songs for young singers filled with tunes about all aspects of the winter season - from skating alone on the pond in the backyard, picking out presents for siblings,  spending time with the family, embracing the cold, wanting to escape the cold, going to visit Santa for the first time, and being so enthusiastic to celebrate all of the special days that happen at this time of year! This collection was inspired by a voice teacher friend of mine - serendipitously also named Tiffany  :-) -  who was looking for songs about the season that were non-traditional and relatable to a wider range of singers. It's my pleasure to offer up some options!I had so much fun writing these songs and I hope students, teachers, and audiences alike enjoy them just as much! May you laugh as you state your case to go on a winter vacation.  May you cry at the idea of wearing a special hat made with a grandmother's love. May you be left  breathless with joy as you glide on a frozen pond with no one else around.  In addition to all of these brand-spankin' new tunes, I also included the previously-released  Everyone's a Kid at Christmas because, well, it's a hoot! These are crowd pleasers perfect for holiday recitals, and some can be performed in a group as well as solos.A note for teachers: These songs do have varying ranges. I, for the most part, notated them as I conceived of them. But I did my best to provide alternate pitches in case the melody goes a little high or a little low. So, I invite to you peruse a song in it's entirety and see where there may be options even if the designated range may seem a little wide. It is my intention to make these songs as accessible to as many singers as possible.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1233352 Composed by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP). 21st Century,Classical,Country,Pop. Score. 45 pages. Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP) #828940. Published by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP) (A0.1233352). Sing one, two, or all six of these expressive and charming songs for soprano and piano! Most Importantly, Loves (2021) by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP), as a six-song cycle for soprano and pianoText — six letters by Maureen Broy PapovichDuration 25:00Difficulty 4 intermediate/advancedProgram note — Most Importantly, Loves (2021), a song cycle for soprano and piano composed by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP), was commissioned by Maureen Broy Papovich whose six letters furnish the text. She wrote letters to various close family members with tender messages overflowing with admiration, affection, and hope. The songs look at each beloved relative as seen through the prism of the author’s caring eyes and heart. Rooted in moody Dorian mode, the lyrical melodies of R. J. overlay a more brooding, restless piano part. Lucy sports a bit of a jazzy lilt and sassy attitude. The infectious laugh of Camryn and the remarkable resemblance to her late father underpin this quick syncopated C major number. Brendan reflects his exuberant love of life and devastating self-destructive addiction with radical tonality and tempo changes. Mira has an encouraging message for a young person in D mixolydian with soothing piano texture. Jonah’s long lines soar over lush expansive harmonies grounded in B flat major to form a soft fleece blanket of comforting sound and boundless unconditional parental love. — Adrienne InglisThe impetus for the poems that became the song cycle “Most Importantly Loves†started a decade ago. My brother died suddenly in 2011 at the age of 42. He left all of us behind including his daughters, my nieces, when they were ages six years and six months. My father and mother died a short time later, within months of each other in 2013 and 2014. Finally, in 2017 my 27-year-old nephew died of a drug overdose. This intense period of loss brought and continues to bring about many feelings of regret in addition to so much more. When my nephew died, my son Jonah, developed an intense anxiety about losing us, his parents. I felt compelled to express my feelings, the fear of my own mortality, the anxiety of leaving behind loved ones, combined with words said and unsaid to those lost. “Love letters†is my gift to the six young people I care most about. These songs, exquisitely set to music by my friend and composer Adrienne Inglis, express my deep love for each of my loved ones and also, hopefully, provide them with a piece of writing that they can use as a source of strength when life becomes particularly challenging. —  Maureen Broy PapovichPlaylist of Oct. 22, 2022 performance:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLY9Jh0jT7VQsLBdIik5wJRjE6Qhu_5IZD.

Piano,Voice - Digital Download SKU: A0.1069987 Composed by Steven H. Boothe. Arranged by Ashley Ivers. Contemporary,Pop. Full Performance. Duration 351. Boothe Publishing #4737093. Published by Boothe Publishing (A0.1069987). I love my Mother and Father. They love me and their parents loved them. In this song, a mother who is in the hospital sees her deceased parents in her hospital room. They are there to escort her home. Mom and dad have always been there for me. I wrote this song when a teenage friend named Dustin died. Years later Dustin's mother was in the hospital. She could see three people standing in the back of her hospital room. She asked her mother, who was present, if she could see anyone standing in the back of her room. Her mother looked to where her daughter pointed, but she couldn't see anyone. She told her mother that she thought the three people that only she could see had come to take her home. She passed away later that day. Its nice to know that we have family and friends both here and on the other side of life.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Digital Download SKU: A0.733133 Composed by Benjamin Ayotte. Contemporary. Score. 2 pages. Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings #3233711. Published by Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings (A0.733133). In 1983 the school began through the vision of Earl and Bobbie Moore. Mark Moore, the son, was the first principal. The church school concept was a compliment of the God, family, church, work priority that they believed Gods Word taught. The ministry began at the Penn Theatre in downtown Plymouth, then the Masononic Building next door and then as the congregation grew the vision was to purchase and renovate a car dealership on road (now a catering hall/building). The school started with a Kindergarten and a first grade and second grade. The idea was to add a grade each year. From 1985-1990 keith Anleitner was the principal and by adding a grade each year and the success of the ministry and school made the enrollment Triple from 40 students to 125 students. He started the sports program and the music program was started already by Mark Moore. Specials teachers were part time in the early days and a retired Plymouth/Canton band leader  took over the music program and integrated instruments in the 1990s. Kathryn Vickie Herczeg succeeded Anleitner as the principal. Anleitner, as Basketball Coach, coached guys like Chuck Younkin, Brandon McKelvet, Dion Dixon, Shawn McClain then in 1995 Paul Salah, now Associate Superintendent of WRESA came to Agape. With guys like Matt Major, Adam Martin (now Dearborn HS, principal), Josh Thompson, and Cory Mullin the basketball team went 23-2. That began a very successful basketball decade @Agape Christian Academy before it closed in 2009.Benjamin Ayotte served for a short time ad music director between January of 2005 through June of 2006 before leading to teach at the University of North Carolina. He composed the Alma Mater in February of 2006, feeling that the school needed its own anthem to be performed at school ceremonies and events.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1336664 Composed by Peter Burton and Rosemary Haslam. Classical,Contemporary,Singer/Songwriter. Score. 6 pages. Peter Burton Music #922436. Published by Peter Burton Music (A0.1336664). When making a trip to the Ridgeway, Oxfordshire in February, Rosemary, my sister as well as Patrick her son and Colin her husband witnessed a wonderful display of Owls. Both barn and short-eared were in evidence, hunting over the high plateau. So memorable was this experience, my sister then wrote a poem. It is very evocative and I could almost imagine being there myself. It was perfect for me to put to music scored for solo voice and keyboard. I had down Patrick as the solo singer and earlier this year ( 2021 ) we recorded it - a family collaboration indeed. I hope you enjoy it and, like for us, brings a sense of awe of these majestic creatures.
