Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.984012 Composed by Steven H. Boothe. Arranged by Ashley Ivers. Christian,Pop,Sacred. Score. 9 pages. Boothe Publishing #4360949. Published by Boothe Publishing (A0.984012). Just one person doing what he knows is right will set off a chain reaction for the good that will go on and on. Before I arrived at mission age I had to make a lot of decisions about whether or not I wanted to go on a mission. There were so many voices calling out to me. The voices promised me scholarships and fame. The voices questioned my logic. The voices tried to make me doubt my motives and character. The voices ridiculed me and my desires to do good. The voices told me that they loved me, but wouldn't wait for me if I went on a mission. All of those voices were demeaning of me if I went on a mission. They also promised me joy, but only if I decided not to go on a mission. I ultimately decided to go on a mission. By going on a mission I was put in a situation where I could testify of God's gospel truths. Those people hearing the truths had the opportunity to pray to God to find out for themselves if what they had been taught was true. Those people that talked to God in prayer joined the church. Why? Because God answered their prayers. Some of those new members went on missions to other lands converting through the spirit of the Holy Ghost others, who in turn went on missions to other lands. The cycle continues. Just one person doing what he knows is right can set off a chain reaction for the good that will go on and on.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1405090 Composed by Thomas Oboe Lee. 21st Century,Chamber,Classical,Contemporary. Score. 83 pages. Thomas Oboe Lee #988127. Published by Thomas Oboe Lee (A0.1405090). Debussy's Trois Chansons de Bilitis was one of the works we studied in a seminar taught by Professor Earl Kim when I was a graduate student at Harvard University, 1977 to 1981. I then recently discovered that Debussy took twelve of the 158 poems from Pierre Louÿs' Les Chansons de Bilitis and wrote Musique de scéne pour les chansons de bilitis.' The texts in this version is not sung but recited by a narrator accompanied by two flutes, two harps and celesta. I immediately thought wouldn't it be cool if I took the same texts and set them to music for soprano and piano. That is exactly what I did ... I. Chant Pastoral II. Les Comparaisons III. Les Contes IV. Chanson (Ombre du bois) V. La Partie d'Osselets VI. Bilitis VII. Le Tombeau sans nom VIII. Les Courtisanes Égyptiennes IX. L'Eeau pure du bassin X. La Danseuse aux crotales XI. Le souvenir de Mnasidika XII. Le pluie au matin.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.584441 Composed by Bruce Woolley, Simon Darlow, Steve Lipson, and Trevor Horn. Arranged by Jeff Tincher. Contemporary. Score. 14 pages. Jeff Tincher #5754945. Published by Jeff Tincher (A0.584441). This is the song that turned me onto Grace Jones music. I borrowed the Slave To The Rhythm LP from the library, put it on the turntable, and thought this is different. This track was the last track on the A-side. As I further listened to the LP I realized that the album used the same song in different genres, format, and keys. You wouldn't know it unless you really listened to the LP. This arrangement, however, is in the original key from her Island Life LP. This song has funk all over it. Grace is a strange character but has a great voice. What made me pick this song is I was searching through youtube to find a song to arrange and I found Grace doing this song live. Again, Grace surprised me. You think female stars today has energy. She sang the song while hula hooping. She was 64 when she did this. She still does this on her concerts. Here is the link to amaze you...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSa5EvWqB7g.
