I Am What I Am is a song originally introduced in the Broadway musical 'La Cage aux Folles' with music and lyrics by Jerry Herman. The song is the finale number of the musical's first act, and performed by the character of Albin first played by George Hearn. His version appears on the original cast album released in 1983. More recent recordings include those by Gloria Gaynor and Shirley Bassey. This version starts in Ab and modulates verse by verse as per original, ending in C major, so is suitable for most voices.

If I Were a Bell is a song composed by Frank Loesser for his 1950 musical Guys and Dolls. In the show, it is sung by the character Sister Sarah, originally performed by Isabel Bigley on Broadway, and memorialized on the original cast album. This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We also added some pretty cool left-hand fills just for fun! We hope you like what we've done with this grand old tune!

The Baker's Wife is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and the book by Joseph Stein, based on the 1938 French film La Femme du Boulanger by Marcel Pagnol and Jean Giono. The musical premiered in the West End in 1989 for a short run but, while establishing a dedicated cult following, has not been produced on Broadway.
