Louis Armstrong was the first jazz musician to record Body and Soul, in October 1930. It makes use of a root-based chord-blocking technique we have used in nearly all of our arrangements and we added a few left-hand fills to make it more interesting. As with all of our arrangements, it's fun to ply, not too difficult and easily adaptable to other baselines - the melody and chords are there for you to have your way with - enjoy!
