Choral Choir (SSAA) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1215346 Composed by Traditional Cowboy Song. Arranged by Jordan Mongell. Contemporary,Country,Folk,Traditional. Octavo. 9 pages. Jordan Mongell #812147. Published by Jordan Mongell (A0.1215346). This piece was completed by December 2021, and is based on the ‘Cowboy’s Lament’ folk song, sometimes called ‘Streets of Laredo’. Much of Jordan’s compositional influence comes from early American folk music and cowboy songs. This particular one has been sung by many country artists including Johnny Cash, Don Edwards, and most notably Marty Robbins. The acoustic guitar as accompaniment pays homage to this style, as does the three-part harmony.

Choral Choir (SSAA) - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1080049 By Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey. By Anton Zaslavski, Jordan Johnson, Kyle Trewartha, Marcus Lomax, Michael Trewartha, Sarah Aarons, and Stefan Johnson. Arranged by Klara Hens. A Cappella,Pop. Octavo. 7 pages. Klara Hens #684283. Published by Klara Hens (A0.1080049). A capella arrangement for intermediate pop SSAA-Choir or vocal ensemble. The Middle is well known EDM Song that was rearranged for treble voices. The arrangement focusses on the buring question why don't you just meet me in the middle? that is constantly asked in the chorus. While the original is a song you can dance to, the lyrics tell a story of despair and resignation that are highlighted in the SSAA-Arrangement through dynamics, reharmonization and the use of breaks. It shows the beauty and strenght of close harmony voicings while showing both a strong and fragile side of SSAA choirs.
