Choral Choir (SSAA) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.781270 Composed by Joanna Mills. A Cappella,Christmas,Holiday,Sacred. Octavo. 8 pages. Joanna Mills Music #2950293. Published by Joanna Mills Music (A0.781270). This acapella Christmas Lullaby has a haunting tune, and is suitable for a quiet moment during services between Christmas Day and Epiphany or for during a Christmas Pageant when Herod's Slaughter of the Innocents is portrayed. In this lullaby, Mary sings a baby or young Jesus to sleep. It starts with a quiet solo, then builds to an intricate 4 part madrigal-style section, then slowly quiets again. Scored for SSAA, but can be easily adapted for mixed choirs. Joanna Mills is the Gospel Choir Director at Roncesvalles United Church in Toronto, Canada, and has been writing and arranging choral music for 15 years. Her compositions and arrangements are performed regularly by her own choir and others.

Choral Choir (SSAA) - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.898910 Composed by Angelina Panozzo. 20th Century,Contemporary,Country,Folk,Spiritual. Octavo. 13 pages. Angelina Panozzo #1985651. Published by Angelina Panozzo (A0.898910). This lilting piece in 44 was composed in G major for an SSAA women's chorus with no extra divisions. The mp3 file available here is from a rough first read through and not a polished performance. The text reflects either a love song or a lullaby depending on the interpretation, and was written during a long night in Texas, where the stars at night are big and bright (haha). If you have any questions or comments, you can find me at AngelinaPanozzo.com. Happy music making!
