This is an exercise / workout material for Tenor Saxophone players who play Jazz improvisation with any keys of 6th chords to Barry Harris Theory of 6th diminished.

The chords are added on this but you may change by any of your ideas.

Let's practice by medium tempo & slurred bowing by 5 to 20 notes to figure out which patterns are not familiar with your fingers, then focus practicing the parts of those.

To make your own licks, you may add or skip some notes between those quintuplets. It is interested in playing those quintuplets in 2, in 3, in 4.

Thank you for reaching out to this material!

Katsumi WF.

By The Beatles. By George Harrison. Arranged by Leo Silva. Rock. Individual part. 2 pages. MP Sheet Music #756292. Published by MP Sheet Music (A0.1155982).

Something is a song recorded by British rock band The Beatles. It was released by Apple Records as a single from the Abbey Road album in October 1969. Written by vocalist and guitarist George Harrison, it was the first composition by the member to be released as a single by the band and, along with his other contribution to the album, Here Comes the Sun, is seen by music historians as the beginning of Harrison's rise as a songwriter to the level of Paul McCartney and John Lennon, who exerted great influence on the group's repertoire. Two weeks after the album's release, the song was released as a double A-side single, along with Come Together, making it Harrison's first composition to be released as an A-side. It was the first time in the UK that the band had released a single containing tracks already available on an album. Although its commercial performance was affected by this, the song topped the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, as well as the charts in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and West Germany, in addition to reaching number 4 in the United Kingdom.

By The Beatles. By George Harrison. Arranged by Leo Silva. Pop,Spiritual,Wedding. Individual part. 2 pages. Published by MP Sheet Music (A0.504521).

Here Comes the Sun is a Beatles song written by George Harrison, which was released on the 1969 Abbey Road album. Recording began on July 7, 1969 and was completed on August 19, 1969. Its length is 3' 06. George Harrison sings, plays guitar, guitar, moog synthesizer, and claps his hands. Paul McCartney sings the chorus, plays the bass, and claps his hands. Ringo Starr plays drums and claps his hands. Because he is recovering from a car accident, John Lennon did not participate in this song. There was also the participation of orchestral instruments: four violas, four cellos, one bass, two picolos, two flutes, two alto flutes and two clarinets. According to George, it was composed one sunny morning in Eric Clapton's mansion. Like in If I Needed Someone, another composition by him, a guitar solo sounds throughout the song. It is one of the most famous and re-recorded Beatles songs.

All My Loving is a Beatles song, composed by Paul McCartney (although it is credited to Lennon/McCartney) for the 1963 album With the Beatles.

It was one of the few examples of compositions where McCartney wrote the lyrics before the music; the text was apparently conceived as a poem, composed while he was shaving.

McCartney originally envisioned it as a country & western song, and it was written on piano during a rehearsal for the Beatles' tour with Roy Orbison; George Harrison added his Nashville-style guitar solo to the recording. Using the letter format in the song's lyrics, also used in P.S. I Love You.

By The Beatles. By George Harrison. Arranged by David McKeown. Rock. Individual part. 4 pages. David McKeown #5318223. Published by David McKeown (A0.588331).

Here Comes the Sun first appeared on The Beatles’ 1969 album, Abbey Road. It was written by George Harrison on a warm spring day whilst walking around Eric Clapton’s garden. The recording of Here Comes the Sun was one of the first British songs to feature a Moog synthesiser. In the digital age, Here Comes the Sun is the most streamed Beatles song by some distance.

This full version of Here Comes the Sun is arranged in a suitable key and range for solo Tenor Saxophone. Chord symbol accompaniment in concert pitch is included above the stave.

This arrangement of Here Comes the Sun is ideal for musicians at an early intermediate level. There are syncopated rhythms  throughout and the changing time signatures may present a challenge for some. The overall performance time is around three minutes.
