This musical setting in the pentatonic mode has a captivating melody, first set above a simple figurative piano part, which turns into long sweeping motions later in the piece. The musical shape rises and falls to a very effective quiet ending. The voice parts are not difficult, and the Flute or Treble C-Instrument part is included in the octavo. This Pentecost anthem for SAB voices and piano, with optional congregational refrain, is a lovely musical offering.

This song celebrates the excitement of the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. The demo has the vocal part represented by a french horn sound. The piano part also carries the melody, can be played alone as an instrumental. An electric guitar is particularly suitable to be used with this song. When I played it at my church, I told my guitar player to channel his inner Jimmy Hendrix on the instrumental part. I am listing this in 2 ways--1 as a vocal so you can purchase it that way if you need multiple parts for singers and 1 as a piano solo if that is all you need.
