Now the Laborer’s Task is O’er is a choral work written for SAB choir and is part of A Choral Suite for S.A.B. Choir. This particular work was written in memory of a true gentleman, William Grandgeorge, who passed away recently and will be greatly missed by many. 

The text is by John Ellerton (1870) and is from The Public School Hymn Book, 1929.
