When I Survey the Wondrous Cross is a well-known text written by Isaac Watts in the early 18th Century and set to the Hamburg theme by Lowell Mason a century later.  It is particularly appropriate for Communion and Lenten services, although used and appreciated year round.This arrangement is for SAB (soprano, alto, baritone) choir with a piano accompaniment. O Come, O Come, Emmanuel (Veni, Veni, Emmanuel) is a Christian hymn for Advent and Christmas. This hymn has its origins over 1,200 years ago in monastic life in the 8th or 9th century. The Latin metrical form of the hymn was composed as early as the 12th century. The 1851 translation of the Latin lyrics by John Mason Neale in this arrangement continues to be used the most. This three-part arrangement (soprano, alto, tenor) with a piano accompaniment is appropriate for EASY INTERMEDIATE skill levels and above. The ranges are: Soprano (D to G), Alto (A to C) and Tenor (D to D). A separate sheet with lyrics for voices only is included with the score.

Christ Is Made the Sure Foundation was originally an unaccompanied plainsong melody, translated in 1851 by John Mason Neale from the second part of the Latin monastic hymn Urbs beata Jerusalem. It is now commonly sung to the tune of Westminster Abbey by Purcell and currently growing in popularity. A favorite of the British royal family, it has been performed at their marriage ceremonies and Elizabeth II's platinum jubilee and funeral service. This is an SAB (soprano, alto, baritone) Intermediate Choir arrangement with a piano accompaniment. A separate sheet is provided for the voices.
