SSAATTBB chorus - Digital Download SKU: BJ.1299 Composed by Sven Hagvil. A affective piece without words. Octavo. 12 pages. Bo Ejeby Forlag - Digital #1299. Published by Bo Ejeby Forlag - Digital (BJ.1299). 8.27 x 11.7 inches.. . . and my silence holds every word may be seen as a kind of elegy, perhaps a song of mourning for the state of our world. For all that is hard to take in, understand and accept: all conflicts and wars around the world, all catastrophes, all intolerance, racism and xenophobia, but also tragedies in one's personal relations. Feelings that are not so easily expressed in words - hence a piece without words. The title comes from a poem by Margareta Melin and the full line reads: The light holds all colours and my silence every word. - Sven Hagvil The work was premiered by Kammerchor Hannover in 2015.
