String Quartet String Quartet - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1279080 By John T Sarno. By Gabriel Faure. Arranged by John T Sarno. Chamber,Contest,Festival,Wedding. 27 pages. John T Sarno #870625. Published by John T Sarno (A0.1279080). This arrangement of Pavane for a string quartet may be played in two different ways, a short version, and the whole piece. I have included instructions on how this is possible. I tried to capture as closely as possible the full orchestra version of this beautiful piece. If you decide to play the whole piece it is an intermediate-level work.  The whole piece is approximately 7 minutes long. The shorter version is just over 5 minutes long. The shorter arrangement is a beautiful piece for a wedding. The whole piece would be an excellent piece for a concert or recital.

String Quartet String Quartet - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1489056 Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Arranged John T Sarno. Chamber,Contest,Festival,Romantic Period,Wedding. 20 pages. John T Sarno #1065900. Published by John T Sarno (A0.1489056). The beautiful second movement of Beethoven's Pathetique is arranged for a string quartet. The main melody moves back and forth between the two violins. Since most of the piano piece is written for the lower register of the piano, most of this arrangement is in the low range of the strings. Because of that, it presents itself as a very dark and haunting work.It is approximately 5 minutes in length.
