Chamber Orchestra - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.500957 By Marc-Antoine Charpentier. By Marc-Antoine Charpentier. Arranged by Flavio Regis Cunha. Baroque,Classical,Contest,Festival,Film/TV,Wedding. Score and parts. 32 pages. FRC Music #114031. Published by FRC Music (A0.500957). The “Te Deum†(H 146) is unquestionably the best known composition of Marc-Antoine Charpentier (1643–1704), especially since its “ Prélude en rondeau †was made the Eurovision signature tune. Although Charpentier set the “Te Deum†altogether four times, this is his only setting employing a “military bandâ€, i.e. trumpets and kettledrums. Charpentier considered the key D-major as bright and very warlike; indeed D-major was regarded as the key of glory in Baroque music. This brilliant and magnificent piece was frequently played at victory celebrations and other occasions of public jubilation during the 17th century. Even today it is still ideal for festive church services and concerts.

Chamber Orchestra - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.890759 Composed by Antonio Lucio Vivaldi. Arranged by Sneakwood Editions. Baroque,Standards. Score and parts. 42 pages. Sneakwood Editions #2967689. Published by Sneakwood Editions (A0.890759). Concerto for Pisendel RV 205. Score and PartsThe Concerto facto per Mr.P[isendel] RV 205 is the one of the violin concerto by Vivaldi, Antonio (4 March 1678 – 28 July 1741 ), composed between 1716 and 1717. The original manuscript is in the Dresden library: Manuscript: Mus.2389-O- 123 (RISM-A/II-212000134). When Johann Georg Pisendel stayed in Venice, he studied with Vivaldi and be friended as well. Vivaldi dedicated a number of his violin concertos, sonatas and a sinfonia to him. Surely during the period between 1716 and 1717 Pisendel was in tour in Venice, we can asumme that he brought this concerto with him to Dresden to be performed there. For the present edition all the marks and notations has been respected from the original without adding any change, leaving the decision of the final performance to the performer.www.snakewoodeditions.com

Chamber Orchestra - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.532832 Composed by Therese Brenet. Contemporary. Score and parts. 29 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #45039. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.532832). This work uses wordless-vocalize (singing on Ah, Oh or with the mouth closed, ad libitum). The vocal part is generally quite free, allowing the singer to express herself freely. The orchestration is for tymp/perc/vibra/hp/cel/harps/strings(minimum : 44222) Like a supple vine, the voice seems to unfold across the orchestra, with the warm expressive themes and shining strings, with the support of the harpsichord, the vibraphone and other percussion. Certainly, there is a coloristic note in the orchestral palette, but also a wish to combine the colors of the voice and the orchestra in different manners. Through this osmosis and through the tempo rubato suggested several times, by the absence of metronomic movements, the composer has tried to create music which breathes through freedom, suppleness and poetry, in the infinite spirals of beauty and love, outside of space and time.. The orchestral version of the work was recorded in 2014 with Isaure Equilez, mezzo-soprano and the National Polish Radio Orchestra under the direction of Paul Wehage The orchestral parts are available from the publisher on rental.
