Cello Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1226741 By The Beatles. By George Harrison. Arranged by Leo Silva. Multicultural,Pop,Rock,World. Individual part. 2 pages. MP Sheet Music #822741. Published by MP Sheet Music (A0.1226741). “Here Comes the Sun†is a Beatles song written by George Harrison, which was released on the 1969 Abbey Road album. Recording began on July 7, 1969 and was completed on August 19, 1969. Its length is 3' 06. George Harrison sings, plays guitar, moog synthesizer, and claps his hands. Paul McCartney sings the chorus, plays the bass, and claps his hands. Ringo Starr plays drums and claps his hands. Because he is recovering from a car accident, John Lennon did not participate in this song. There was also the participation of orchestral instruments: four violas, four cellos, one bass, two picolos, two flutes, two alto flutes and two clarinets. According to George, it was composed one sunny morning in Eric Clapton's mansion. Like in If I Needed Someone, another composition by him, a guitar solo sounds throughout the song. It is one of the most famous and re-recorded Beatles songs.

Cello Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.588383 By The Beatles. By John Lennon, John Winston Lennon, Paul James Mccartney, and Paul McCartney. Arranged by David McKeown. Rock. Individual part. 3 pages. David McKeown #5319411. Published by David McKeown (A0.588383). When I’m Sixty-Four first appeared on the Beatles’ 1967 album, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Despite the song’s appearance relatively late in the Beatles’ discography, it was one of the first songs that Paul McCartney wrote, at the age of 16. When the song was finally recorded in 1966, Paul McCartney felt it was too slow and turgid. George Martin simply solved the problem by speeding up the tape and raising the pitch by one semitone. This version of When I’m Sixty-Four is arranged in a suitable key and range for solo Cello.  Piano/Guitar chords are also included above the stave.Musicians at an intermediate level will find this ideal for formal and informal concert performance. The overall performance time is around two and a half minutes. Published by MP Sheet Music (A0.1466001). All My Loving is a Beatles song, composed by Paul McCartney (although it is credited to Lennon/McCartney) for the 1963 album With the Beatles. It was one of the few examples of compositions where McCartney wrote the lyrics before the music; the text was apparently conceived as a poem, composed while he was shaving.McCartney originally envisioned it as a country & western song, and it was written on piano during a rehearsal for the Beatles' tour with Roy Orbison; George Harrison added his Nashville-style guitar solo to the recording. Using the letter format in the song's lyrics, also used in P.S. I Love You.

Cello Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.588486 By The Beatles. By John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Arranged by David McKeown. Rock. Individual part. 3 pages. David McKeown #5325419. Published by David McKeown (A0.588486). In My Life by the Beatles, was released on the 1965 album, Rubber Soul. It was chiefly written and sung by John Lennon, who claimed it was his first serious attempt at personal song-writing. The song features a baroque style piano solo by George Martin. The tempo was too fast for him to perform it, so he played it at half tempo and layer doubled the tape speed. The resulting tinny sound gave rise to a host of copycat harpsichord solos on contemporary pop songs. This version of In My Life is arranged in a suitable key and range for solo Cello. Piano/Guitar chords are included above the stave.Musicians at an early intermediate level will find In My Life ideal for formal and informal concert performance. Most of the solo is straightforward, although the transcribed piano solo is at a higher level of difficulty; these eight bars can be skipped without affecting the overall structure of the song. The overall performance time is around two and a half minutes. Teachers will enjoy using this arrangement as a fun way to help with syncopated rhythms. There are many more top quality arrangements and compositions by David McKeown for you to browse at http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/publishers/david-mckeown/6203
