Only the 1st ‘cello part has sections in tenor clef and goes to C above middle C. All other parts in are in bass clef and do not go above 4th position. If played by a 'cello choir the divisi markings in the 5th 'cello part should be observed, otherwise the lower part is advised. Note from the arranger: All my arrangements for 'cello quartet, quintet and sextet are conceived specifically with the range and technical capabilities of the 'cello in mind - no simple transpositions or re-orchestrations of string quartet scores.
