By The Beatles. By George Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and Richard Starkey. Arranged by James Pybus. Contemporary,Pop,Rock. 18 pages. James Pybus #1027268. Published by James Pybus (A0.1447488).

Now and Then is a song by the English rock band the Beatles, released on 2 November 2023. Dubbed the last Beatles song, it appeared on a double A-side single, paired with a new stereo remix of the band's first single, Love Me Do (1962), with the two serving as bookends to the band's history. Both songs were included on the expanded re-issues of the 1973 compilations 1962–1966 and 1967–1970, released on 10 November 2023.
The song is a psychedelic soft rock ballad that John Lennon wrote in the late 1970s. He recorded a solo five-minute piano demo around 1977 on a tape recorder at his home in the Dakota building in New York City; it was left unfinished. The final version features additional lyrics by McCartney. Lennon's voice was extracted from the demo using the machine-learning-assisted audio restoration technology commissioned by Peter Jackson for his 2021 documentary The Beatles: Get Back. Jackson also directed the music video for Now and Then. The song received much critical acclaim.
This arrangement for SATB or AATB Saxophone Quartet is suitable for a variety of performance settings and should be appealing to audiences of all ages. The performance time is 3:46. Contact me at james.pybus56@gmail.com.

Composed by Peter Jackson (1945 -). 21st Century,Chamber,Contemporary,Contest,Festival. 49 pages. EMK Music #845109. Published by EMK Music (A0.1250837).

Scored for two Alto Saxophones, Tenor and Baritone Saxophones, there are alternative parts three and four so it can be played by four Alto Saxophones. This is very handy for teachers of groups of like instruments. PREMIER QUARTET as the title suggests is the first wind quartet by the composer.  The quartet is based on the opening six notes which are restated in various guises throughout the three movements.   The instrumental ranges are comfortable with some interesting solo and rhythmic challenges to excite enthusiastic young musicians.
