The Four Seasons is a group of four violin concerti by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, each of which gives musical expression to a season of the year. They were written around 1716–1717 and published in 1725 in Amsterdam, together with eight additional concerti, as Il cimento dell'armonia e dell'inventione (The Contest Between Harmony and Invention).

Scored here for woodwind quintet, The Four Seasons - A Medley includes snippets from all four movements - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. This arrangement allows this beautiful music to be performed by an ensemble not usually associated with it.

Following is a translation of the poetic epigraph contained in the Russian edition (all chosen by the publisher Nikolay Bernard) for September: It is time! The horns are sounding! The hunters in their hunting dress are mounted on their horses; in early dawn the borzois are jumping. Parts of this piece are reminiscent of the horn call in the 1812 overture. Fun for each player.
