It is a step up from a beginner piece, using many 'dotted quarter - eighth' and 'eighth - dotted quarter' patterns in the rhythms. Starting with a lone melody line, it develops into a simply accompanied song with the melody repeated in the treble clef, and then in the bass clef. This gentle tune has been used for many hymns and songs beyond its roots as a lullaby. This is a reproducible product. This piece may be purchased as a score for one performing group, and copies made for the members of that one performing group.
