Chamber Orchestra - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1314538 By Trevor Denyer. By Heinrich Domnich. Arranged by Trevor Denyer. 19th Century,Classical. 203 pages. Trevor Denyer #903290. Published by Trevor Denyer (A0.1314538). Heinrich Domnich (1767 - 1844) was an accoomplished horn player, teacher, composer and author of an instruction book, his Méthode de Premier et de Second Cor.This piece demonstrates a complete understanding of the possibilities for the instruments and performers of the time. It is both lively in the two outside movements and dramatic in the middle one. The orchestral writing is delightful and varied and the piece deserves to be performed regularly in the future.A piano reduction is available via the excellent disertation by Evan Chancellor, which is well worth reading: https://shareok.org/handle/11244/10503.

Full Orchestra - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1284960 By Trevor Denyer. By Guiseppi Verdi. Arranged by Trevor Denyer. 19th Century,Opera,Romantic Period. Score and Parts. 112 pages. Trevor Denyer #876085. Published by Trevor Denyer (A0.1284960). This opening extract from Verdi's Ernani is a suitably dramatic and energetic piece for chorus and orchestra. It will fit into an opening section of an opera fiesta, while being less known than many others. While Ernani is not well known these days, it was first performed on 9 March 1844, and it was immensely popular, and was revived countless times during its early years. It became Verdi's most popular opera until it was superseded by Il trovatore after 1853. In 1904, it became the first opera to be recorded completely. As usual with my offerings, print each part double-sided as presented, and the page turns will work.

Concert Band - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1182125 By Trevor Denyer. By Franz Lehar. Arranged by Trevor Denyer. 19th Century,Opera,Romantic Period. Score and Parts. 73 pages. Trevor Denyer #781889. Published by Trevor Denyer (A0.1182125). The introduction to Lehar's lesser known operetta The Little Prince works well as a stand-alone work (with the addition of a bar at the end to close it). There is plenty of variety in the piece, despite its relatively short length. It has plenty of interest for all players in the band, although the key makes the Tenor and Baritone Sax parts a bit challenging. As usual with my parts; print double-sided as presented, including any title pages and the page turns will work.

Concert Band - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1302858 By Trevor Denyer. By Heinrich Hübler. Arranged by Trevor Denyer. 19th Century,Romantic Period. Score and Parts. 123 pages. Trevor Denyer #892465. Published by Trevor Denyer (A0.1302858). This fine piece (originally for Horn and Orchestra - available on this site) exploits the full range of expression and virtuosity available to the modern horn player, without making it too difficult for most accomplished performers. This arrangement enables another platform for this work to be performed on and, I think, transfers rather well! Here is the extract from Wikipedia about Hübler:Carl Heinrich Hübler (Wachwitz, near Dresden, 4 December 1822 – 14 April 1893) was the hornist in the Dresden Royal Court orchestra from 1844 until his retirement in 1891. He was appointed royal chamber musician in 1851 and 1886 was given the title chamber virtuoso, in recognition of his merits.
