In the UK, the song is associated with the comedy duo Eric Morecambe & Ernie Wise, after it was used in the second series of their BBC show as their signature tune from 1969.
This arrangement was written to bring some sunshine to ensembles whilst everyone was in lockdown during the 2019/2020 Coronavirus Pandemic. There are alternative parts for tenor horn, treble-clef euphonium, and tubas (both bass and treble clef).
