Glockenvogel (Bellbird), neoclassical music. A minimal, charming, peaceful piano piece that uses the Lydian mode.

Glockenvogel for piano solo was composed in December 2008 in Geneva (Switzerland). The piece is dedicated to María Luján Juárez.

Glockenvogel is the German name of the Procnias nudicollis, bare-throated Bellbird, a species of bid found in most subtropical and tropical forests in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
