Locura tanguera is a composition by the legendary bandoneonist Osvaldo Ruggiero, who led the bandoneon line of Osvaldo Pugliese's orchestra for 28 years.
This tango is a perfect synthesis of the style created by the orchestra, with passages of overwhelming rhythm, great lyricism and perfect for dance.
The recording dates from the year 1966, the culminating moment in the stylistic maturation of the orchestra before Ruggiero formed the Sexteto Tango together with other great musicians from the orchestra.
This score is a transcription of that recording arranged for three violins, viola, cello, four bandoneons, piano and double bass.
Full orchestra score. No individual instruments parts included on this publication.
