A one-movement contemporary, concert work for organ in six sections based on the simple tone Gregorian Chant Te Deum. This recording was performed by the composer on the Casavant III/35R. It was a commission for the dedication of this instrument in St. Joseph Chapel, the motherhouse of the School Sisters of St. Francis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The first three movements are derived from the introit, offertory and communion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception— December 8th. The final movement is based on the Kyrie and the Dismissal from the Mass for Feasts of the Blessed Virgin (Beata Virgine) Missa Cum Jubilo. All are found in the Liber Usualis. An image of each chant precedes its corresponding movement in this score. The compositional style is tonal. It is representative of Sr. Theophane's earlier work though the Communion may have been written later than the other movements. Performance by Dr. Sheri Masiakowski at Marquette University's Church of the Gesu in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The organ is Schantz IV/115R.

The choral composition will soon be published in both SSAA and SATB arrangements. “Tribute� is of intermediate difficulty but has a challenging pedal part. At the time of composition Sr. Mary had learned to use Finale software and engraved the original score herself. This editor enjoyed spending time with Sr. Mary once a week as tutor while she developed this skill. Unfortunately the original computer file is no longer available and extant copies are not of sufficient quality to publish. Dr. Masiakowski produced the following edition based on Sr. Mary’s score. Fingering and pedal suggestions are those of Sr. Mary Hueller.
