Its text is: In splendoribus sanctorum, ex utero, ante luciferum, genui te; in English, “Amidst the splendours of the heavenly sanctuary, from the womb, before the morning star, I have begotten you.� The manuscript is not dated but was likely created before 1950.  Sr. Presentia succeeded Sr. Theophane Hytrek OSF as St. Joseph Convent Chapel organist from 1953 until she suffered a stroke which paralyzed her left side in 1964.  Further information is available from Heritage Music Series editor -- Dr. Sheri L.
