Assyria was so effective in disrupting the nation, that we call the 10 northern tribes the “lost tribes of Israel.� God sent many prophets to warn the people that they were failing to keep their covenant with God and that judgment day was coming for the nation.♫ The tribes of Zebulun and Naphtali were located near the Sea of Galilee.
