This haunting piece of music from Beethoven's 7th Symphony has been abridged and carefully arranged for British style Brass Bands. It is sympathetic to the original music and should be easily accessible for most amateur bands with at least moderate resources. Cues are provided where appropriate to allow for non standard instrumentation and all parts are written with consideration of typical range and technique. The piece is a very musically satisfying to play and will sit well on any concert or recital programme. The duration of the piece is about 4:50 minutes.
