In the quaint village of Hollybrook, Christmas was a time of joy and togetherness. But this year, a malicious pukwudgie named Bramble planned to spread fear and chaos. On Christmas Eve, as villagers gathered around the grand tree for the annual lighting ceremony, Bramble struck. He made the lights flicker and go out and twisted the ornaments into grotesque shapes. He snuck into homes, swapping sugar for ashes and hiding stockings in unreachable places, casting a dark spell over the village. By morning, Hollybrook was in disarray. Children found their stockings missing, cookies ruined, and the tree ominous in the square. Fear gripped the town. Amidst the chaos, a brave girl named Lucy refused to let fear win. She gathered her friends and ventured into the forest, following eerie footprints. They found Bramble muttering dark incantations under a gnarled tree. Caught in a trap made from holly and mistletoe, Bramble hissed his intentions to spread fear. Lucy, with steely resolve, offered him a chance at redemption. Reluctantly, Bramble agreed. They returned to the village, and with Bramble’s help, dispelled the dark enchantments. The ornaments returned to their beautiful forms, sugar replaced the ashes, and the stockings were found. That night, the tree lit up, and Bramble felt warmth in his heart for the first time. The villagers, initially wary, accepted him as he helped create beautiful ice sculptures, adding magic to the festivities. From that year on, Bramble became part of Hollybrook. His dark nature slowly transformed under the light of friendship and acceptance. Every Christmas, his magic brought extra sparkle to the celebrations, reminding everyone that even the darkest hearts could find redemption through kindness and love.

(Spanish below) Based on the suite A Symphonic Fantasy, we did a conversion with three of the most remembered melodies from Mary Poppins. You have an intro with chim-chim-cheree, followed by feed the birds, but they don't fully develop. After that, A Spoon of Sugar, with the birds part made by the first violin and the second and viola enkoying. The next part is, now complete, Chim-Chim-Cheree, with the melody starting in the cello, and then passing by the rest of instruments from lower to higher. When the second plays the melody, the first plays a counter-theme a little bit tricky. And, in the end, now complete, Feed the Birds, with constant dialogs between the violins. Tested and approved arrangement. All Nonamé arrangements are prepared to avoid page turns if you print the covers properly. ISBN 9790570484003.A Little Threeness was composed in March of 1989 and had it's premiere at the nternational Double Reed Convention in Manchester, England on August 14th 1989. The compostion is approximately nine and a half minutes in length and explores different combinations, ranges and character effects that are possible with the oboe, clarinet and the bassoon. My intention was to write a relatively light work that would require a high degree of rhythmic precision and dialogue between the players. Colour, dynamics and articulation are prime aspects for musical development. I was interested not only in the combination of these instruments as a trio grouping, but also in solo and duet combinations. Consequently there is a duet for oboe and clarinet, a duet for oboe and bassoon, and a movement for solo bassoon. There is one area of the work that uses borrowed material and that is the second movement which, essentially, is a parody on the opening phrases of the hymn tune 'Come, Ye Thankful People, Come'.

It is based on few fragments, motives that are lit in different light each time. The piece starts slow, but increases its intensity and speed as it progresses, utilizing the same motives. While composing the piece, I heard about a young man that threw himself to the river. I tried to imagine that went in his mind and what brought to this dead-end. And again the idea of a built intensity, obsessive and uncompromising came to my mind. At the very end of the piece, there is a sudden drop of intensity followed by a music box passage, as if describing what is going on in the person's mind right after the jump, right after reaching the edge of his life's spiral. The composition opens with the teacher delicately introducting the motif -  a very easy rhythm based upon two half notes and a whole note. The student then enters, playing the same motif one octave higher. As the student part continues to develop the motif, the teacher accompaniment opens up with warm and simple accompaniment, providing a sense of tranquility and evoking the stillness of a quiet dawn. The harmonies are rich but understated. The composition is characterized by a unhurried pace and fluid transitions, allowing the listener to be enveloped in a sense of calm and contemplation.This piece is meant to be played by a very beginning piano student with only one finger - 3rd finger, and is very easy to teach by rote. Included in the sheet music pack for Snowfall at Sunsrise is one full score, one primo part, and one secondo part. This piece is in the key of C Major.
