Published by John Murphy (A0.1068515).  Scarborough Fair for Fingerstyle Guitar Tab Chords Lyrics Voice, or Treble Clef InstrumentGuitar magazine first published my solo guitar arrangement of 'Scarborough Fair' but I have since added tab, chords, lyrics as well as an intro and outro to it. Simon and Garfunkel had a great hit with this song and it continues to be very popular with listeners and guitar players. I have included the chords so that you can use them as an easy accompaniment for a singer or other instrument such as recorder, violin or flute that takes the treble clef melody part. Use the outro of this arrangement as a basis for the R.H. fingerstyle pattern for song accompaniment . Also weave in and out of picking melody and bass patterns found in the guitar solo to add interest to the accompaniment . The score contains Guitar Tab Chords and Lyrics  You can also get the Tab for Guitar and Notes for Guitar as separate downloadsEasy Accompaniment Guitar Intermediate Guitar SoloTraditional Folk World

Full Orchestra - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1102019 By Simon And Garfunkel. By Paul Simon. Arranged by Kevin Riley. 20th Century,Pop. Score and parts. 58 pages. Kevin Riley #705412. Published by Kevin Riley (A0.1102019). Bridge over Troubled Water is a song by the American folk duo Simon & Garfunkel, released in January 1970 as the second single from their fifth studio album, Bridge over Troubled Water (1970). It was composed by Paul Simon and produced by Simon & Garfunkel and Roy Halee. Bridge over Troubled Water features lead vocals by Art Garfunkel and a piano accompaniment influenced by gospel music, with a Wall of Sound-style production. It was the last song recorded for the album, but the first completed.[5] The instrumentation, provided by the Wrecking Crew, was recorded in California, while Simon and Garfunkel's vocals were recorded in New York. Simon felt Garfunkel should sing solo, an invitation Garfunkel initially declined.Session musician Larry Knechtel performs piano, with Joe Osborn playing bass guitar and Hal Blaine on drums. The song won five awards at the 13th Annual Grammy Awards in 1971, including Grammy Award for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. It is Simon & Garfunkel's most successful single, and it is often considered their signature song; it topped the US Billboard Hot 100 chart for six weeks, and also reached number one in the United Kingdom, Canada, France and New Zealand. It reached the top five in eight other countries, eventually selling over six million copies worldwide. It became one of the most performed songs of the 20th century, covered by over 50 artists, including Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin and Johnny Cash. It is ranked number 66 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

Brass Ensemble - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.802639 Composed by Mike Batt. Arranged by Peet du Toit. Contemporary. Score and parts. 12 pages. Peet du Toit #6076847. Published by Peet du Toit (A0.802639). Michael Philip Batt, LVO (born 6 February 1949) is an English singer-songwriter, musician, arranger, record producer, director, conductor and former Deputy Chairman of the British Phonographic Industry. Having achieved substantial international success as a solo artist he is particularly known in the UK for creating The Wombles pop act, writing many hits including the chart-topping Bright Eyes, and discovering Katie Melua. He has also conducted many of the world's great orchestras, including the London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, Sydney Symphony and Stuttgart Philharmonic in both classical and pop recordings and performances.Bright Eyes is a song written by Mike Batt and performed by Art Garfunkel. It was written for the soundtrack of the 1978 British animated adventure drama film Watership Down. Rearranged as a pop song from its original form in the film, the track appears on British and European versions of Garfunkel's 1979 Fate for Breakfast and on the US versions of his 1981 album Scissors Cut. It was the biggest-selling single of 1979 in the UK, remaining at number one for six weeks and selling over a million copies there. Richard Adams, author of the original novel is reported to have hated the song. A cover of the song was later used in the television series of the same name explicitly as its theme song. Here is a lovely version thereof for a brass quintet and drum set, with the euphonium as soloist in the verses, harmonising by the French horn, muted 2nd trumpet for effects, the first trumpet in the choruses and the tuba supporting with excellent base lines. Your audiences will be intrigued, wanting to hum along!
