This song springs from that secret and tender spot in our human hearts which so often, like a millipede, curls up in a ball to protect itself when poked at and prodded by others. Each of my arrangements is made for a specific student, so the results will vary in terms of playing level. Most decisions are based on their current skills and abilities, or where I would like for them to be when they complete the piece. This arrangement was made for a late beginner student who has completed the Prep Level of the Keith Snell books. She is also in the Primary IV Class. Although this arrangement was a little more challenging, she absolutely nailed it. I kept repeating patterns whenever changes occurred. I also threw in a C major scale at the end in the LH. The RH will have to move out of the way. It's a beautiful and sweet rendition of a great standard. Pedal and fingering suggestions are included.

It was the biggest shock of my life, and one that will affect me until I join him in death. This experience woke me up to the reality that we never know when our last day on earth is. We never know when our loved one's last day on earth is.I hope we can remember to cherish our time here on earth, appreciating the opportunities we have every day to enjoy those we love. They are the truly beautiful things in our lives.
