Acoustic Guitar,Instrumental Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1152811 Composed by Traditional/Anonymous. Arranged by Socrates Arvanitakis. Classical,Early Music,Folk,Traditional. Individual part. 40 pages. Socrates Arvanitakis #753050. Published by Socrates Arvanitakis (A0.1152811). This is the eleventh volume of an extensive collection of folk songs arranged for the classical guitar mostly in two-part counterpoint. The arrangements are of moderate difficulty and the aims of this publication are to familiarise, entertain and educate guitarists (and other musicians) with a melodic repertoire of lasting aesthetic value, under the light of contrapuntal treatment. The thirty five volumes of this collection can certainly be printed on paper if so desired and there are a few pages in each volume, either blank or with photographs of various musicians, which can be inserted at will in any place for the correct ordering of left and right hand pages so that page turns can be avoided. The principle of avoiding page turns has been maintained in all volumes, but this edition is also designed with mobile electronic devices in mind such as tablets etc, using the environment and facilities of a score reading application, towards a paperless world, at least in music. Therefore the size of the staves is bigger than usual for ease of reading on a small screen but not big enough to exceed the limit of a two-page view. Active internal links for navigating from thematic indexes to particular songs and back to indexes have been added, and also external internet links to sites that give further information for the 945 songs of this first collection for classical guitar.Volume 11 (Songs 271-297)Earl Brand (The Dragoon and the Lady 1)Earl of Mar’s Daughter (the)East VirginiaEdwardEileen AroonElsie MarleyEnniskillen Dragoon (the)Erie Canal (the)Eriskay Love LiltEssex May Day CarolEternal LifeExcellent Gift (the)Eynsham Poaching Song (the)Fair Flower of Northumberland (the)Fair lady pity meFair Maid of Wickham 1 (Gently Johnny my Jingalo)Fair Maid of Wickham 2 (Gently Johnny my Jingalo)Faithful EmmaFaithful JohnnyFalse Bride (the)False Knight on the Road (the)Famous Flower of Serving Men (the)Fare ye well, Lovely NancyFarewell Earthly GloryFarewell HeFarewell My Joy and HeartFarewell my own true love.

Cello,Clarinet,Piano,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1381033 Composed by Jason V. Barabba. 21st Century,Chamber,Classical,Contemporary,Disco. 48 pages. Barabba Music #965749. Published by Barabba Music (A0.1381033). It’s difficult to know what to say about this piece. It will probably always be an aberration when considered as part of my larger body of works. My challenge when writing this piece was to incorporate two different dance styles, and I immediately decided it was time to face the disco music of my childhood. Yes, I had the Bee Gees on LP when I was a kid.…and ABBA…but I left them out of this piece.Obviously, this is meant to be fun. There are direct (if not always obvious) quotations to the following songs:              Anita Ward’s “Ring My Bell”              “Night Fever” by the Bee Gees              Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” (Just had to be included)              Lipps Inc’s “Funktown”              and “Boogie Nights” from HeatwaveThe ancient dance form known as the pavane is, weirdly enough, the perfect pairing with the disco…in that their rhythmic structures easily go together, allowing me to spread the disco material around throughout the piece. In fact, the references to “I Will Survive” are in the slower pavane section, not the disco. The piece is basic A-B-A form (Disco-Pavane-Disco) with a fadeout ending…because in all my research I don’t remember finding a single disco piece that didn’t have a fadeout ending. It just wasn’t done. Please have some fun listening to this piece, because I had a great time writing it. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever written..pdf contains a complete set of score and parts. There are also versions with Flute and Oboe in place of the clarinet available. For more information visit www.jasonbarabba.com.

String Quartet Cello,String Quartet,Viola,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.845992 Composed by Ben Fielding and Reuben Morgan. Arranged by Kyle Pudenz. Contemporary,Easter,Praise & Worship,Sacred. Score and parts. 19 pages. ViolinVagabond Music #6696601. Published by ViolinVagabond Music (A0.845992). This is a gig or church service-ready arrangement of Hillsong's Who You Say I Am for string quartet. A great addition to your gig book for weddings or your musical catalog for worship/church bands that feature strings. Included with the quartet score & parts is a slash/chord lead sheet if you wish to perform this with along with guitar, piano or full band. The form follows Hillsong's live version all the way through Chorus 3. It does not include the recap/vamp of the bridge and 4th chorus, but you can loop back on the chart from letter G to letter E if your performance requires a longer rendition. I have also taken the liberty of transposing this from the original key of F# (...oof) into the much more string & band-friendly key of G (and your purchase is all the thanks I need). I've added a few small flourishes, dynamic drops, and general instrumental interest throughout this arrangement, but would still describe this chart as sight-readable for professional players with experience playing pop/rock tunes. It's also well within the technical capability of high school or recreational ensembles with just a bit of practice, but if your violist hasn't ever seen a ghost note printed on a chart before, I would highly recommend taking 10 minutes to look it up...Performance time - approximately 3:20 straight through, longer if you loop back to the bridge like Hillsong Worship's live version. Lots of other exit/entry points can be easily incorporated at most of the rehearsal marks.Questions? Feel free to contact me via my website, www.kylepudenz.com/ or on the 'Insta @theviolinvagabond.

Easy Piano - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.762297 Composed by Lori Cummings. Children,Contest,Festival,Folk,Instructional,Traditional. Score. 1 pages. Lori Cummings #3530771. Published by Lori Cummings (A0.762297). This beginner song was inspired by the peepers (little frogs) singing one spring night.  Written in G position in the bass clef, the right hand plays the frog sound, F# and G played together.  I always call these frog's eyes because they remind me of frog's eyes.  This song is actually a game.  Each measure has a different colour of frog in it.  I use bingo chips, but anything with matching colours would work.  Put them in a bag, pulling one at a time.  The student has to play whatever colour is pulled.  They should do this 4-5 times for each colour.  Then play the song through twice.  They repeat this for each practice session.  This is a game that I use frequently with my younger students as it teaches them to break their practice into smaller segments and they have fun while they practice.

Choral SATB Chorus - Digital Download SKU: H1.C5439DP Composed by Pepper Choplin. Piano Accompaniment. General Worship, Discipleship, Holy Spirit, New Life in Christ. Octavo. 11 pages. Hope Publishing - Digital #C5439DP. Published by Hope Publishing - Digital (H1.C5439DP). Matthew 3:13 - Matthew 3:14 - Matthew 3:15 - Matthew 3:16 - Matthew 3:17 - Mark 1:9 - Mark 1:10 - Mark 1:11.Original anthem This intimate baptism anthem from Pepper Choplin draws us in with the story of Jesus' baptism by John. The chorus quotes the heavenly voice, This is my Son in whom I am well pleased. Then the vivid text shifts the focus to a baptism of a child of God on this day, and now the Holy Spirit seems to say: This is my child in whom I am well pleased. This is my child who comes to follow me.
