That record also included a singalong version of Junk, which is approximately what this would be.This is more elevator music, definitely useful for when the band is not necessarily the center of attention.It's scored for baritone instead of trombone. The music is entirely derived from the opening motif, which occurred to me on the date of my civil partnership anniversary (11 years).It's a simple ditty, but I wanted to try to test the strengths of the players. The parts all cover a wide range, and the players need to be able to sustain the rhythmic pulse in 6/8. Although the tempo is marked <dotted q>=110, it can be played up to 10 BPM faster or slower, depending on the skill of the ensemble.This would make a great addition to a recital programme or a spring or summer concert.

In this text, the author invites the Holy Spirit to transform her life by opening her eyes, her mouth, her ears. Each stanza ends with “illumine me, Spirit divine!� May that be our motto every day of our lives! The piano arrangement is structured in three sections (one style for each verse). In the first section the hands stay close to the middle register and the voicing is modest. And the oom-pah-pah rhythms will give it a light bounce that will bring a smile to whoever plays or listens. On the second verse the hands move to a higher register where the music suddenly becomes more delicate. Think of a music box! Lastly, on the third verse we pull all the stops!
