El autor es anónimo. El tema de El Epitafio de Seikilos (en griego Ἐπιτάφιος τοῦ Σεικίλου), es inscripción funeraria grabada hacia el siglo I en una columna de mármol. Bonita inscripción puesta sobre la tumba que había hecho construir un tal Sícilo (o Seikilos) para su esposa Euterpe en la actual ciudad de Aydın (en Turquía).
