A very pretty song about looking back on life and remembering past memories - rather reminiscent of My Favourite Things. The original recording of the song was published by EMI KPM library music on its Showtunes album in 2014 and has been used worldwide in radio and TV adverts, however it is probably best known for featuring in a number of episodes of the highly acclaimed Professor T series. I have been often requested about the sheet music which EMI KPM is happy for me, as the writer of the song to release it now. It is based on a Chinese ancient melody called 梅花三弄.
On October 20, 2023 I woke up early in the morning around 5:00 am, and I was thinking what gift could I present to my wife for her birthday near the end of October? Strangely, I got a melody in my ear, which is a song that I practiced with my Chinese violin when I was a high school boy about 66 years ago in 1957, named 梅花三弄, and  this year I am 86 alreay. Thanks to my gene which provided with me a good long memory that I could still remember most parts of the melody of that song, and fortunately, that I have not got the  Alzheimer's disease, so that it permits me to arrange that song to form a nice new song, which I call it Cherry Blossom in Three Days. Then, I used that song to make a video presenting to my wife Catherine as a special birthday card. I hope that viewers can reuse my video to their honeys.
This is the second version of the song with some improvements in dynamic of the melody and I made a new MTV.
