Lascia ch’io Pianga is a beautiful aria from Handel’s Opera Rinaldo The opera premiered in London in 1711 and during his lifetime was the most successful of Handel’s operas. However, following his death there were no further productions until a school in London revived it in 1933. This version of Lascia ch’io Pianga is arranged as a Solo for Clarinet and Piano and both parts are reasonably simple; the performance time is around three and a half minutes. The pdf file contains both the piano score and a separate solo part. You can listen to a full performance of this arrangement on Clarinet via the YouTube link above.

Musicians at an early intermediate level and above will find Lascia ch’io Pianga ideal for formal and informal performances, with both the solo and accompaniment enjoying melodic interest.

The Turning Point - An original composition by Hannah Baldoz

In every life there is a turning point. A moment so tremendous, so sharp and clear that one feels as if one's been hit in the chest, all the breath knocked out, and one knows, absolutely knows without the merest hint of a shadow of a doubt that one's life will never be the same. - Julia Quinn

Remember - An original composition with music and lyrics by Hannah Baldoz

Dedicated to someone special. I hope you will always remember that you are loved.

Lyrics:
'Don't forget that I still love you,' was all I could say. I remember being scared to let you go that day. But I, I hope... I hope you know that you are more than enough. I pray you'll find yourself and never give up. I hope above all else you'll remember you are loved. Life is tough and you have been hurt. Everything seems wrong. Just hang in there. You're a fighter. I know you are strong. I hope you chase your dreams and always go far. I pray you'll never forget who you are. I hope that you'll remember how loved you are. Maybe for now this is the end, but if someday we meet again, know in me you'll still have a friend. And even though we fell through, I'm thankful for whatever once was true. You changed my life and I will always remember you. Even though my heart is broken, I'll remember you. I still see the good in you and I hope you do too.
