It includes scriptures and lyrics. It was written for flute, guitar, voice, and piano accompaniment  on Intermediate Level.  It is based on the scriptures Luke 2: 8-11 --- And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. There are not a lot of great, challenging horn quartet arrangements out there, like this one is. Depending on which part you play, this one may require a solid high range and/or low one (although some alternate notes are suggested for those who wish to avoid the extremes). This arrangement helps fill a niche for small ensemble in that horn quartet music typically lacks repertoire in most contemporary and rock genres. I've tried to have the melody move around a bit so it's fun and interesting for everyone. Score, parts and cover arts included.
