Written for advanced intermediate piano, the two tunes alternate through the entire piece creating a very unique arrangement. It starts very soft and simple, but crescendos into a very bold verse that leads to a soft and haunting ending. This arrangement includes lots of helpful fingering, full, rich chords, and a key-change from E minor to F minor. Be sure to use the softer dynamics on the echo parts of How Great Our Joy,...Joy, Joy, Joy etc. Be sure to add this piece to your Christmas repertoire as it will touch the hearts of those that hear it. Another option is to play the harmony note with the left hand an octave lower than the right hand melody. The secondo part is a fun vamp that intensifies verse by verse.
