SKU: A0.1488901

Composed by Eddie Pola and George Wyle. Arranged by John Fries. 20th Century,Christmas,Holiday,Standards. Lead Sheet / Fake Book. 2 pages. John Fries #1065758. Published by John Fries (A0.1488901).

TYPE JOHN FRIES IN THE SEARCH BAR TO SEE ALL I HAVE TO OFFER. Thanks, John. It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year is a popular Christmas song written in 1963 by Edward Pola and George Wyle. It was recorded and released that year by pop singer Andy Williams for his first Christmas album, The Andy Williams Christmas Album. The song is a celebration and description of activities associated with the Christmas season, focusing primarily on get-togethers between friends and families. Among the activities included in the song is the telling of scary ghost stories, a Victorian Christmas tradition that has mostly fallen into disuse, but survives in the seasonal popularity of numerous adaptations of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.

By Andy Williams. By Henry Mancini. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Film/TV,Pop,Standards. Individual part. 1 pages. Sarah Cellobat Chaffee #5373737. Published by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee (A0.526152).

Moon River was originally sung by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's, winning both an Oscar and a Grammy award for Best Original Song that year. Andy Williams took the song and turned it into the theme for his TV show, and his version has become a beloved classic that's sure to pull at the heartstrings of your audience! This arrangement for solo cello is great for weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, solo & ensemble contests, and any other event that needs a beautiful, heartfelt tune. No accompaniment part -- it stands alone, or can be played with a backing track for solo gigs. This is an easy early-intermediate-level arrangement, entirely in first position with easy rhythms and only a handful of accidentals.

String Ensemble,String Trio Cello,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1495330

By Andy Williams. By Carl Sigman and Frances Lai. Arranged by Homco/Crinion. Film/TV. 7 pages. Homco/Crinion #1071838. Published by Homco/Crinion (A0.1495330).

This theme from the 1970 film Love Story was first introduced as an instrumental piece. In fact, Henry Mancini and his Strings recorded and released the first popular version of this song. After lyrics were added, Andy Williams recorded his very recognizable vocal version of Where Do I Begin? followed by Tony Bennet. In this String Trio arrangement, each of the 3 instruments gets to cover the melody at different times. Since the original conception of this tune was as an instrumental piece, it translates so very beautifully for a small string ensemble.
