Brass Quintet Baritone Horn TC,Trombone,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1461282 Composed by Jacob Gade. Arranged by Will Corbin. Latin. 21 pages. Will Corbin #1040089. Published by Will Corbin (A0.1461282). This is truly international music: written by a Dane in the style of an Argentinian tango with a French title, which means jealousy. (Its complete original name is Jalousie 'Tango Tzigane' (Jealousy Gypsy Tango). The piece was written in 1925 but first recorded 10 years later by the Boston Pops Orchestra under the direction of the beloved Arthur Fiedler. Thanks to the Danish National Symphony, whose version of the song provided inspiration for many of the licks in this arrangement. This is scored with a baritone instead of trombone (for the gentler touch), but I've also attached a trombone part. If you need alternative instrumentation, I'm happy to provide. Contact me at wilcor@aol.com.

Flute,Piano,Soprano Saxophone,Violin - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.990523 Composed by Lars Peter Schultz. 20th Century,Instructional. 20 pages. Lars Peter Schultz #3489333. Published by Lars Peter Schultz (A0.990523). Two Educational Pieces for Chamber Ensemble.1. Walk2. May NightFor amateur ensemble with a more advanced flute part compaired with the other parts.Instrumentation: Alto recorder or concert flute, soprano sax, two pianos, violin and double bass. The level is easy/beginner except the flute part which is somewhat advanced intermediate. The file includes both the score and the parts. The music was originally written for an ensemble where there was a flute player who was on a more advanced level than the other players. Thus the flute player needed a part with a different challenge than the other parts. You can see that when looking at the score. The first piece Walk is focused on some simple dotted rhythms and syncopation. On top of that the flute flies around like a butterfly in the landscape. The second piece May Night is focused on rests. The flute part is inspired by a nightingale singing in my garden. The challenge in the other parts is to enter at the right time after the rests.May you enjoy the music.***My website: www.larspeterschultz.dkMember of KODA (Danish performing rights organization) : https://www.koda.dk/eng

German composer Friederich August Belcke, who was one of the first Trombone virtuosos composed this Krönungs Marsch (Coronation March) Wind Band in 1840 and presented it unsolicited in honor of Danish King Christian the 8th.This snappy march is in A-B-A format and has a contrasting Trio - returning to the A section for the finish.Professor Niels-Ole Bo Johansen has beautifully edited the original score to conform to modern Wind Band instrumentation. This march of about 4 minutes in length is appropriate for moderately advanced performers in High School and above. It is a great example of an original work from the Classical era.

Clarinet and piano - intermediate to advanced - Digital Download SKU: S9.Q53275 Arrangé pour la Clarinette et accompagnement de Piano. Composed by Joseph Panny. Edited by Rainer Mohrs and Rudolf Mauz. Arranged by Andreas Oechsner. This edition: Sheet music. (c) 2020 Schott Music GmbH & Co. KG, Mainz. Classical. Downloadable. 20 pages. Schott Music - Digital #Q53275. Published by Schott Music - Digital (S9.Q53275). German • Danish.Joseph Panny was born in Kollmitzberg, Lower Austria. His father Jakob, a schoolmaster, was his first music teacher. Later, in Vienna, he had violin, piano and singing lessons. Mozart’s friend, Joseph Eybler taught him composition. In 1828 Niccolò Paganini noticed Panny and took him along on concert tours. In the following years, Penny went to Germany and settled in Mainz. He went on concert tours to different countries and founded a music school. He wrote an opera, a requiem, masses, cantatas, numerous songs and chamber music pieces. The Rondeau is an arrangement of the original ‘Rondo pour le pianoforte‘, published by Pennauer in Vienna in 1829. It was arranged for clarinet and piano by Andreas Johann Lorenz Oechsner (violinist and composer born 1815 in Mainz, died 1886 in Le Havre). The arrangement is a welcome addition to the clarinet repertoire and was published in 1878 (plate number 22190).

Trombone Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.811087 Composed by Tom Ervin. Arranged by Marco Bordogni. Classical,Instructional,Opera,Romantic Period. Individual part. 26 pages. Gordon Cherry #5009439. Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.811087). The Rochut editions of Bordogni’s vocalises have become the most widly used etudes in American trombone pedigogy. They are prized for their lyric beauty, and also for their development of endurance, upper range, legato technique, styling and more. Other bass clef instrumentalists use Rochut. These Twenty Counterparts may be practiced and played as etudes alone. They are similar in style to the Bordogni; some are harder and some are easier than the Bordogni originals. But the primary intent was for recreational duet playing and for the trombone studio. Duets are fun and more, contributing to sightreading, intonation, ensemble, style-matching, confidence, independence, etc. As with the piano accompaniments, the duet parts also enhance the original melodies. Read what these famous trombonists have to say about this new contribution to the trombone literature …indisputably one of the most invaluable additions to appear in a very long time. Understanding lyricism is much easier when hearing this second voice. Joseph Alessi, Principal Trombone, New York Philharmonic …fantastic and beautiful. What a great idea! They will give the student a wonderful sense of music-making. Henry Charles Smith, Arizona State University …absolutely ingenious….they capture the essential character of each piece and cleverly expand and enhance the original material. Can be ‘stand alone’ material in its own right. I have already used them successfully on trombone, euphonium, and tuba. Loren Marsteller, Los Angeles An enjoyable new way to play the old favorites. Perform them with friends; record one part and play the other; play them alone…a great idea. Ralph Sauer, Principal Trombone Los Angeles Philharmonic A great book and a great idea! Really valuable; I am using it in my teaching. Jay Friedman, Principal Trombone, Chicago Symphony Orchestra Excellent studies, challenging in all registers, rewarding to play. Ned Meredith, formerly San Francisco Symphony Orchestra A very insightful and fresh approach to the trombone’s most important collection of etudes…destined to become a standard in the trombone literature. An absolute must! Michael Davis, jazz recording artist, New York City The unexpected harmonic progressions are a delight. They work great for euphoniums and for trombone and tuba R. Winston Morris, Tennessee Technological University …similar to the Rochut yet contains challenging rhythmic independence and contrast, increasing the value of ensemble experience. As an aid to duet performance, the measure, staff and page format is arranged the same as Rochut’s Fischer edition. Glenn P. Smith, Professor Emeritus University of Michigan A fine addition to the lyrical literature Charles Vernon, Bass Trombone Chicago Symphony Orchestra They’re not only enjoyable to play, but add some ‘zip’, harmonically, melodically, and rhythmically, to the original melodies. Buddy Baker University of Northern Colorado Compositionally, very interesting, not just a duet in thirds…stylistically appropriate…a great way to begin a lesson. Vern Kagarice, University of North Texas An outstanding idea, very valuable Keith Brown, Indiana University I enjoy the book with my students and then also change parts Carsten Svanberg, Danish National Symphony Orchestra Bravo! They serve a great purpose, very musical and playable. Will become a part of the standard trombone repertoire in a very short time…already part of mine. Jiggs Whigham, Professor of Trombone and Jazz, Cologne Germany
