Woodwind Ensemble,Woodwind Quartet Alto Saxophone,Baritone Saxophone,Soprano Saxophone,Tenor Saxophone - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.584515 Composed by Timothy Mayer. Arranged by Jeff Tincher. Contemporary. 18 pages. Jeff Tincher #5795949. Published by Jeff Tincher (A0.584515). One of my favorite songs from James Taylor's Never Die Young project. In the original key, this song takes the story of the wise men going home another way after hearing about King Herod's plot to kill baby Jesus and puts it in perspective for modern times. A moderate tempo folk-rock song. Duration = 4:05. Visit my websites: http://jefftincher.wixsite.com/sheetmusic, http://jefftincher.wixsite.com/music, https://www.facebook.com/jefftincherpublishing.

Please contact me by email at jfries@ptd.net to make a special request or to find out all that I have to offer and to express your comments or concerns.  You can also type John Fries in the searchbar to see all I have to offer.  The first recording of the song was by Etienne Paree with Eddie Piano Miller, released by Rainbow Records in 1949 in the United States, titled Put Another Nickel In - Music, Music, Music (The Nickelodeon Song). The biggest-selling version of the song was recorded by Teresa Brewer with the Dixieland All Stars on 20 December 1949. It was also recorded by many artists on various labels and other hit versions in 1950 were by Carmen Cavallaro (reached No. 5), Freddy Martin (No. 5), Ames Brothers (No. 14), Hugo Winterhalter (No. 17) and Mickey Katz (No. 18). Some radio stations refused to play the record because of the thought that the lyric I'd do anything for you/Anything you'd want me to might be construed as indecent.
